Because our helmets and goggles are packaged in large sizes to ensure they are not easily damaged during transport, exceeding the scope of free shipping, we will charge a portion of the shipping fee as compensation.

Where do you ship from?
We currently operate three warehouses: one in California, USA; one in Hamburg, Germany; and one in Hebei, China.
Your order will be shipped from the most suitable warehouse.
Order Processing
You will receive a confirmation email after your payment is confirmed. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will immediately send a second email containing your tracking number. Please note that the order confirmation email is sent first, as we often receive inquiries about the tracking number before the order is fully processed.
