EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Step 1 – Notify Us

Send an email to service@nanend.com with the subject line: "Withdrawal Request – [Your Order Number]"

Please include the following information in your email:

Your full name
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Your reason for withdrawal (optional)

Step 2 – Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days acknowledging your withdrawal request.

Step 3 – Return the Item

Return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

Withdrawal Deadline

The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
