Shipping Cost: Orders totaling $150 or more enjoy free shipping, while orders below $150 are subject to a $19.9 shipping fee.
Because our helmets and goggles are packaged in large sizes to ensure they are not easily damaged during transport, exceeding the scope of free shipping, we will charge a portion of the shipping fee as compensation.
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us.
Please note: If an order is canceled due to customer reasons (such as ordering by mistake, changing mind, or providing incorrect information), a cancellation fee may apply. This fee reflects non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the bank, credit card company, or PayPal, which are incurred at the time of purchase and are not returned to us even when a refund is issued.
After 24 hours or once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with our Return Policy.

If an item you ordered becomes out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You may choose one of the following options:

Important Address Notice:
If your local post office only delivers to a PO Box, please enter both your physical address AND your PO Box at checkout (for example, add the PO Box on Address Line 2). This helps the carrier correctly route your package and avoid delivery failure or return.

If tracking hasn’t updated yet, your parcel is likely in transit or pending customs clearance. It will refresh after a local scan.
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes per local regulations.
Peak months (e.g., December) may cause carrier delays.
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the parcel:
Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building staff.
Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If still missing, email info@nanend.com within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, carriers typically have very limited investigation options, and our ability to assist will be limited.
