Free Shipping on Orders Over $150
Shipping Cost: Orders totaling $150 or more enjoy free shipping, while orders below $150 are subject to a $19.9 shipping fee.
Because our helmets and goggles are packaged in large sizes to ensure they are not easily damaged during transport, exceeding the scope of free shipping, we will charge a portion of the shipping fee as compensation.
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us.
Please note: If an order is canceled due to customer reasons (such as ordering by mistake, changing mind, or providing incorrect information), a cancellation fee may apply. This fee reflects non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the bank, credit card company, or PayPal, which are incurred at the time of purchase and are not returned to us even when a refund is issued.
After 24 hours or once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with our Return Policy.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (most ship within 24 hours).
Extra time may be needed during holidays and sale seasons (Dec).
If an item you ordered becomes out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You may choose one of the following options:
Wait for the item to be restocked and shipped.
Select an alternative item of equal value.
Request a full refund for the out-of-stock item

Important Address Notice:
If your local post office only delivers to a PO Box, please enter both your physical address AND your PO Box at checkout (for example, add the PO Box on Address Line 2). This helps the carrier correctly route your package and avoid delivery failure or return.
⚠️ Orders with incomplete or incompatible addresses may be delayed or returned by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages returned and destroyed due to insufficient address.
All orders include a tracking number. You can check your latest tracking status here.
If tracking hasn’t updated yet, your parcel is likely in transit or pending customs clearance. It will refresh after a local scan.
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes per local regulations.
Peak months (e.g., December) may cause carrier delays.
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the parcel:
Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building staff.
Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If still missing, email service@nanend.com within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days, carriers typically have very limited investigation options, and our ability to assist will be limited.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses provided at checkout.
You can return any non-clearance item within 30 days.

Please carefully check the contents and the weight of the parcel before signing it. For any issues, please with the information below:
1. Email us with your order number and the product code (SKU number).
2. Please send us clear pictures of the outer packaging, the shipping label, the weight of the package, and the item you receive.
You can request a return within 30 days of placing your order.Please note customers are responsible for returning shipping fees. We will either provide a replacement or a refund (shipping fee excluded), depending upon your requirement after receiving the exchanged item of your order.
Note: Final Deal Priced Products can only be refunded or exchanged for quality issues.

Before returning the item, please provide at least 5 photos of the product and a video showing the complete packaging to confirm its condition.

Important Notice: Because we only have one warehouse, returns must be sent to the designated warehouse. To ensure a smooth process, please contact our before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
To help cover the original shipping and handling costs, a 8% handling fee is applied per order.
Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra customs charges. Any import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged during the return are the responsibility of the customer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here service@nanend.com .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Contact us at service@nanend.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and your intention to withdraw. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
