Dead on Arrival (DOA)

within 7 days upon receipt of goods for DOA situation.

-Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent

Please carefully check the contents and the weight of the parcel before signing it. For any issues, please with the information below:

1. Email us with your order number and the product code (SKU number).

2. Please send us clear pictures of the outer packaging, the shipping label, the weight of the package, and the item you receive.

You can request a return within 30 days of placing your order.Please note customers are responsible for returning shipping fees. We will either provide a replacement or a refund (shipping fee excluded), depending upon your requirement after receiving the exchanged item of your order.

  • Returns must include the original packaging, all accessories, user manual, etc.
  • If the product does not meet the above requirements, we cannot process your return request.

We cannot process a refund request for non-quality issues for items that have expired during this 30-day window.

Note: Final Deal Priced Products can only be refunded or exchanged for quality issues.

- Reasons for Return

  1. Didn't suit me
  2. Wrong / Defect Product (Please include pictures)
  3. Not what I was expecting
  4. Other Reasons

-Before returning the item, please provide at least 5 photos of the product and a video showing the complete packaging to confirm its condition.

Our customer care team will advise you on the rest of the steps.

Important Notice: Because we only have one warehouse, returns must be sent to the designated warehouse. To ensure a smooth process, please contact our before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Fees & Shipping

To help cover the original shipping and handling costs, a 6% handling fee is applied per order.

Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra customs charges. Any import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged during the return are the responsibility of the customer.

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Items purchased at regional SALE.
  • Items marked as “Clearance” or part of the clearance collection.
  • In Transit Products: These can’t be returned while they’re still on the way—but once you’ve received them, you can request a return within the standard window.
  • Damaged or faulty items need to be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
  • More than 30 days have passed since the order was successfully paid.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here info@nanend.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at info@nanend.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
