XS is way too large. Started return process. You have sen multiple photos and a video when the website says a “no questions asked” return policy within the first 14 days. They are being difficult and originally denied the return. They do not provide a return label and the return is to Asia. Import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. AND an 8% “restocking” fee.
For an XS to be too big from an Asian manufacturer is crazy.

This jacket has a loose fit, so even XS feels roomy — this is typical of all snowboard jackets and part of the snowboard style.

We did not reject your return. We emailed you immediately to explain that, per our policy, returns require photos showing intact tags, so non-damaged items can be resold to the next customer. We have also sent multiple reminders asking for the photos to avoid delaying your return.

We understand returning may be inconvenient, so we have offered several solutions to reduce your loss.

Regarding the return tax and restocking fee you mentioned, we truly appreciate your feedback. We have assigned a dedicated person to study this and improve the experience.
