Shipping
Free Shipping on all orders over $150, for orders below $150, a flat shipping fee of $15 will be applied.
Ski bags and other oversized items may incur an additional packaging and handling fee due to exceeding standard shipping dimensions.
Order Processing :
You will receive a confirmation email after your payment is confirmed.
Once the order is confirmed, we will begin processing and packing your goods.
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, we will immediately send a second email containing your tracking number.
Typically, the process is completed and the goods are handed over to the logistics service provider within 1 to 1.5 business days.
Please note that the order confirmation email is sent first, as we often receive inquiries about the tracking number before the order is fully processed.
Additional Considerations:
During the peak season, particularly November to December, carriers may experience delays due to high traffic volumes.
Some products may also require additional time for delivery and processing during this period. We appreciate your understanding and patience!

We currently operate three warehouses: one in California, USA; one in Hamburg, Germany; and one in Hebei, China.
Your order will be shipped from the most suitable warehouse.
