Will my snowsuit lose its waterproofness after washing?
Many skiers have reported that they are preparing to ski on the big ice rink, but their winter ski suits are getting dirty and they want to wash them. They have heard that ski suits will no longer be waterproof after washing. Is this true?
Our snowsuits have a care label inside that tells you how to properly wash the garment.
- Washable label -
- The first icon indicates a maximum washing temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, using a gentle cycle.
- The second icon indicates that you should not use detergents or cleaning solutions containing bleach.
- The third icon: Hang to dry in a shady place.
- Fourth icon: Do not flip to dry.
- The fifth icon indicates that ironing is possible, but at a low temperature; the maximum soleplate temperature is 110 degrees Celsius. Steam ironing may cause irreversible damage.
- Sixth icon: Not dry cleanable
Since each garment has a different care label, the meaning of the different care labels is explained below.
Bucket shape -- about washing

Iron shape -- ironing method
Square and round - dry cleaning or tumble drying
